How to Apply
Once you've double-checked deadlines, program availability, and admissions requirements, you're ready to apply. Please note that the application process differs depending on whether you need a guarantor. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions along the way.
- Check application deadlines and program availability.
- Confirm the visa requirements for citizens of your home country.
- Complete the JBPP online test and online listening test. After evaluating your test results, our instructors will contact you by e-mail to advise you on how to proceed.
- Complete the online application form. Be sure to print and/or save a copy of the confirmation page.
- Send your passport photo.
- Reserve your place in the program by sending payment.
- We will send your letter of acceptance and additional documents.
- If you need to apply for a visa, contact your nearest embassy or consulate-general of Japan.
- Purchase a round-trip / return ticket to Japan and submit your arrival details as early as possible. Please note that our airport pickup service is currently available for Chubu International Airport (a.k.a. Centrair) in Nagoya only.
