Designed to improve your proficiency as quickly as possible, this intensive, full-time course includes 25 classes per week with a maximum class size of six students. You can study anywhere from two to six weeks. Before each start date we offer a two-week preparatory ("yobi") course, and regardless of your current level we do recommend taking this additional module.

This ten-week course is designed for students who wish to work during the program. It's available quarterly and includes 15 classes per week. This format also includes an individualized one-on-one component and a weekly catered lunch with your advisor to provide extra practice and consultation. Workstations with high-speed internet access are available in Yamasa's business center after classes for a nominal fee.

This option is available quarterly to students enrolled in the AIJP and AJSP programs who wish to study business Japanese in place of the usual electives offered. The weekly schedule includes 20 classes in the standard AIJP / AJSP curriculum, plus an additional five JBPP classes. This is more intensive than the part-time course and not suitable for students who wish to work at the same time.

Beginning Spring 2010, the entire JBPP curriculum will be available on demand. You can start whenever you like and either attend classes at Yamasa's Aichi Center in Okazaki or have instructors come to you. The latter option will initially be limited to locations in Osaka, Kyoto, Mie, Aichi, Shizuoka, Kanagawa, Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, and Ibaraki prefectures. Fees for this off-campus option vary and are available on a quotation basis. Fees for on-campus classes are fixed and include private lessons. If your company or organization wishes to enroll more than one customer, we can provide a lower unit fee via quotation.
