Not sure who to ask for help?

Customer Services (formerly known as Student Services) and the Housing staff are available to assist students with accommodation, health care, visa and immigration issues, banking, and so forth. They are located on the second floor of the Yamasa II building.

Yamasa Service is the place to go if you're interested in applying for a homestay or home visit. The Yamasa Service office also provides bicycle rental in addition to sale or rental of electrical plug adapters, LAN cables, hair dryers, and other sundries. It is located in the former Info Gallery building, across the road from the Yamasa II building.

Finally, the program staff can provide or arrange printing services, luggage storage and/or forwarding, and travel advice.
